 You may complete the new patient registration form below and post or email it to reception@balmed.com.au 

Your details can then be added in readiness for your first appointment with your GP.

We are still working hard to attract more GPs to the clinic.

Skin Clinic - appts now available for booking in June

Dr Abram Abdelsayed will be running a Skin Clinic, one day a week commencing in June at 

Balnarring Medical Centre.

Abram has a strong interest and passion in skin cancer diagnosis and management.  He holds certificates in Dermoscopy and Skin Cancer Surgery  from the Skin Cancer College of Australasia(SCCA), as well as a Certificate in Advanced Surgical Skills from James Cook University
