We Listened to your Feedback

Making an appointment - We have recruited 3 new doctors which has allowed us to open to New Patients and have additional appointments.  


Seeing Dr/Nurse of choice - Due to new doctors we have more availability to appointments and shorter waiting times allowing patients more availability to their preferred doctor.  We also have reserved appointments for the day so that patients have a chance to see their preferred doctor on the day.  These appointments are opened up at 8.30am.


Waiting time in the clinic - We encourage patients to call ahead of their appointments to see how their doctor is running to time.  If doctor has been held up due to an emergency, we are calling patient to notify them.  Our appointment books are setup to ensure we do not over book the doctors.  We also notify our patients when they check-in at reception if their doctor is running behind.


Opportunity to Make complaints - We welcome your feedback so that we can improve our service to you.  We have listed details on our website  and have a notice in the waiting room on how to lodge a complaint, our Practice Manager is happy to have a discussion with you and will provide feedback.

We also have a suggestion box at reception.  Would love to see your suggestions for improvement
